For our client – a European Union agency focused on external border protection and security cooperation – we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Administrative Assistantin Operational Support Division.
Location: Warsaw (city center, on-site work)
Key responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support and managing document flow
- Drafting notes, letters, reports, and follow-up documentation
- Data entry and maintenance of electronic databases
- Assisting in organizing trainings, meetings, business trips, and managing agendas
- Supporting financial and procurement processes (claims, invoices, contracts)
- Preparing statistics and reports
- Monitoring functional mailboxes and handling internal/external communication
- Performing basic office tasks (copying, scanning, archiving)
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- Responsibility, independence, attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Team spirit
- Temporary employment contract until 23 December 2025, with the possibility of extension
